Am I the only one that is nervous about this draw? For some reason I just didn't want Monaghan. Take on board the points though that they have played 2 tough games 2 weeks in a row. Know our lads won't be complacent though which is a good start. Big week ahead.
I am nervous also.
Wanted Cork.
We really should be beating Monaghan-but they are so freaking dogged.
Don't want them to be still hanging in there during final stretch of game. Sort of crowd that could paly above themselves just once this year and that would be against us.
But this is a good chance for us. If we are on our game, we will win

Mayo likely on Sunday as the 2nd match with Dublin , Kerry & Tyrone IMO will be the headline game on Saturday is my guess as they wont have them two on together, point to make here is that RTE are covering the 2 Sunday games but the Saturday matches will be on GAA GO so that's a factor to consider as well . On The draw the hope I had was we avoided mayo , I'd make us slight favs but I'm sure Monaghan were hoping to get us as well .

We will definitely be the first match on either the Sunday or Saturday as the other matches are a bit more headline.

It then raised the question will they want to pair us with Dublin as that could cause issues for ticket.

Pairing us with Kerry/Tyrone is what I feel will happen. And if I was to guess we will be 2 o'clock on Sunday with Kerry/Tyrone at 4.

That leaves Derry/Cork on Saturday afternoon and the Dubs playing after them in the evening

Dublin v Mayo will likely be Sunday given Mayo played only yesterday.

I think mayo dublin Sunday as gives mayo an extra day rest

Lets face it. A. We would have taken this back in Jan/Feb when some clowns were writing us off after a bad evening against Cavan and B. If we cant beat this Monaghan team we have no business being in an AI semi final.

Great draw, bring it on. I would say the squad is buzzing as they know their opposition so well and know exactly how to and that they have the beating of them....
