McKay was full back for st Mary’s when they won the Sigerson. I’m not a critic I’m actually a fan of his but it’s wrong to say he was never a full back
Well in recent years (Uni/county) he has became a full back. Was never a full back up through his underage years. Got to a minor Championship final for Dromintee playing MF all year.

Blaine Hughes gets a lot of criticism for kick outs and fair enough sometimes he’s at fault but responsibility is also with outfield players to find space and win the breaking ball, his shot stopping is up there with the best in the country. McKay is a very dynamic defender as well. I would have Morgan on mcveety who is a good player and maybe Kennedy on mckiernan although that’s a tough call for anyone.

Was impressed with soupy off the bench vs down, much better than during the league for me. Think forker will give us better link between attack and defence if playing higher. Then Murnin maybe 20 mins if needed. We don’t beat down without Ben Crealey so hopefully can make a similar impact from bench. Same with shields, think his pace is better for second half.

Think that half back line gives us more stability given the amount of damage teams have done through the middle this year. Think rafferty is better suited to staying inside.

Overall, if we play at 100% and Cavan play at 100% we win in my opinion. Just about getting that performance on the day. Good luck to lads and management!

Wet day predicted for Sunday. Wet ball and slippy conditions usually means more fouls and more scores from frees. Will need an improvement on last day

Start as underdogs but winnable game. Hope we give it a go from the off. We never look at our best when we resort to cagey lateral tactics

I'm the same section row C..I'm worried that will be low down and complete disaster In 2014.

As a few others have said "C" stands for covered so I think Row A is the 1st row behind you when you come up the steps into the stand, above the pathway if that makes sense. To get to the uncovered seats "O" you walk down towards the pitch. I think Row A will be ok, definitely not pitchside.
