Aye. Easy enough to watch without being in the ground so to speak

I know there are club grounds where fans will gather outside on footpaths, the next field etc to watch. And while they’re outside the club boundary, that’s fair enough. There’s not much the club can do other than advice fans to social distance.

But any club allowing fans into the ground, paying or not, is another matter.

Agree with that. I don’t believe for a second that St Paul’s done that tho

There you go with more lies, that’s not how it started and no one is speaking what the keeper contributed to the melee after the water break you don’t speak of it

That's not how it's happened... The bite happened before the water break. Keeper approached ref who said sorry for not seeing it... The row in question happened 5 mins after... The said number 15 came on and squared up to the full back, head first....if a player is bit, how u you expect a player to reacy

Can we firstly ask everyone to take a breath and relax a little. There was a serious incident at a game today and stories are flooding around the place. I have seen images of the injury sustained and it does look bad. I wasn't there so have no way of knowing exactly how it occurred or who was involved.

As for naming individuals, heresay is not an ideal way to describe the incident or name anyone. Even being in control of facts, then using those should only be done if absolutely accurate and in circumstances that would not affect any investigation. However as a discussion forum, individuals may discuss any of these topics. Other members are welcome to correct errors like wrongly naming someone without actually naming the correct person. PLEASE STOP THE "Well I heard........" comments. They just look stupid. We will not remove or edit comments if we have no way of proving that they are wrong. As soon as we are in possession of facts that allow that, then we will act. We have often said that it is down to members to police this forum and it does well without our interference, so we will only step in if it gets heated.

HOWEVER we do find it strange that a member claiming to be from a club, playing in a game only a short distance away, had decided not to attend that game for whatever reason, but drove a considerable distance from home to attend a game they claim should not have had any supporters at it so they could comment on admission charges and numbers at a game with an incident. It makes our job extremely difficult when a member asks us to look at comments they claim are not true, yet continue to post things others claim are not true

So what’s the story with St. Paul’s , they had plenty of supporters in there and had supporters outside the ground looking in.. will the C.B be looking into this? We weren’t allowed any supporters into our game.

I dont totally agree with the no supporters thing. I was at a game on Friday and supporters were able to watch the game from their cars without getting out. Where grounds can accommodate for that there shouldn't be a ban on them entering the ground and supporting. If you can go to pubs or allow flights from USA in to the country there is no reason that supporters shouldn't be allowed in to support their clubs

Well maybe that’s shows the difference between the GAA and the cowboys in government

No one was allowed any supporters into their games that’s not to say they weren’t there

What are supporters at games going to do? Supporters outdoors are a lot less likely to transmit the infection than crowds standing in bars or supermarkets indoors. Or players hanging off eachother for that matter. I would say there wasn't 1 game this weekend without supporters, a lot of which was out of the club's control but regardless, people will do all it takes to watch their club play

The reason why the OFFICIAL Armagh forum was shut down was mainly due to people calling out players and discriminating them for playing our game,
Even the players that represent our county and to Their highest ability. There’s always two sides off a story and you can’t blame one team for abandoning of a game and certainly what was on show yesterday in St Paul’s, the typical lurgan team was on show.

We have a culloville man trying to

St pauls never charged a fan in to any game today. Again. We r a council pitch with a garden centre. How do u police this... As a whitesman from St Peters has stated he can walk to our pitch state he there's to walk... St pauls cannot police this... If any other club plays on council land then the have no say
The rules that where circulated to all clubs by county board and ulster council clearly stated that all walking paths and buildings where to remain closed and that both teams should be given access to grounds main gated closed and should not be manned to avoid any interaction with supporters trying to gain access.

Again as the rules were stated, any walkway was to be closed to allow the match to happen.

When this was formed the founder/founders mentioned their very opposition to that and declared that freedom of speach within reason is healthy. Hence why this board is better quality. The admins have outlined the rules above, they will decide what goes and what doesn't.

It is however laughable to try and defend a bite. whilst on the other hand run down the reputation of a whole town with the "typical lurgan team on show" line. The lurgan team had a part in it surely but they never bit anyone.

It will all be immaterial as they will prob announce this week that supporters can enter
