Referees come from clubs so its really up to the clubs to ask and encourage guys to take it.on.
Its a job no one wants to do but without them we dont have games.
Maybe more younger referees are needed first.....

Or maybe pay them more or something there is an improvement needed disheartening boys training all year and then turning up to a ref like that... He stood between the two 45s the whole game. I feel bad for saying it but it has to be said

Jaysus thankfully we are not getting caught up in that type of talk!!! Two key players carried off with bad injuries. If we make the 1/4 final it will be a great achievement!
