Reposting this thread as the melodramatic nature of my last poll wasn’t appropriate for the forum. Thanks for @Admin1 for giving me a chance to restart the discussion in a more measured way.
So with 9 years with no notable silverware is it time to switch up management?
Also the county is also struggling at inter-county underage and our clubs can’t seem to compete successfully outside of Armagh. Do we need to refocus our resources back to grassroots?
Is there any radical reforms that need to be made to make the county as a whole more competitive?
