That missed pen hasn’t helped

Definitely not. After missing the penalty things started to fall apart a little...or perhaps it was tiredness from the five subs that were made. Unfortunately we are not going to win all our matches and put on sparkling performances week in and week out.

I am not going to be too critical but I think McGeeney has finally realised our defence is not that great and it is why we had to use the blanket defence. These tactics will not work against Donegal. There were a number of forced changes in that game which would have contributed to our FBs tiring out at the end - they cannot be helped. We were way too nervous at the start of the game and if we want to start making big strides this has to change.

Watching the last 15 minutes of that game was incredibly frustrating, Tyrone held on to the ball but we made too many wrong decisions. I thought Donaghy was brought in to make sure forwards make the right choices? These changes aren't going to be instant but we missed two points in the last 10 minutes that we really needed. If Tyrone and Monaghan draw and we lose then we are back down to division 2 on points difference.

No. Bottom two in each section go into relegation playoffs, with the losers then relegated.

Yes, but we are on 2 points. Monaghan 1.

So, Monaghan lose, they finish bottom, below us.

So it’ll be Monaghan v 4th place South Division team?

Armagh beat Donegal - no play off and Armagh stay in Division 1. Lose or draw and we will play 3rd/4th place in the other division to see who stays up (depending on other results).

So the way the tables are now it is Armagh (3rd) vs Galway (4th) and Monaghan (4th) vs Roscommon (3rd).

Armagh and Donegal draw and a Monaghan win would be ideal :D

Not sure what give it away....

Ayy I am, been following since before I moved over here. Even went to that game in Omagh with the last minute goal in the mud in the league....

Lucky guess!

Never gave it any thought before, to be honest (although most of us are oblivious to @Big Jim being a Fermanagh man too).

Good to have you on board.

I was afraid of a hammering this eve but this Tyrone team are beatable if we could just have a bit more belief!! We definitely lay down for 10 crucial mins after the pen miss. We aren't that far away if we can believe it.
Why oh why is McCurry always let run riot against us!?
Soupy didn't look right tonight - caught on camera joking with Morgan early in game, I don't think his head was right tonight.
James Morgan.. what can I say?
Great to see Turbo and few younger lads doing well against top opposition!
I’m on work. What about Morgan?
