I’ll hold my hands up they played well them days but let’s just say the bad days definitely do out number the good days.

I disagree as regards last year, we had a few very bad days & a few very nervy endings to matches we should have won easily but excluding not gaining promotion to Division 2 last year was our best year in a long time. We had definitely made progress in our playing style & scored well in most matches. If you were a member of the official county forum you will have been aware that following the win against Tipperary & Kildare in the qualifiers there was a real buzz & feel good factor in the county again, it all came to an abrupt halt against Tyrone but we played some good football along the way to reach that stage.

Yes, but thats also the case with about 28 or 29 other counties too.

He was referred to in a report I read (can’t remember if it was paper or online) as ‘Teenager’ Eamon McGeown but don’t know how accurate that is because as someone has already stated he is a big lad. Is he a relation of Paul McGeown? Thought he might have made the breakthrough- 3 years a Co. minor if I’m not mistaken.

Eamon McGeown is Paul McGeown's older brother and is 28 - 29 years old, I think he's 29. Good player.

Yes, but the teenage years stretches until 35 these days. Sometimes more.

Great piece in IN today on Stephen Sheridan. Shows the determination the man had / has to make it at inter-county level. If only more were like him in the county.

In 2004 eamonn was on Armagh u15 panel so he will be 29 at some stage in 2018.
If we had 15 players with that attitude we’d be last 8 contenders every year
