When we opened the forum we also set up a Facebook page. We haven't put a thing on there in quite a while, but would like to get it active. For those of you on Facebook, if you haven't already liked the page please do so - https://www.facebook.com/orchardfans/
and remember it is free. Ask all your Armagh supporting family and friends to do the same. It would be cool if we could get it active for those that don't know about us here and want to be able to discuss all things Armagh GAA without hindrance from the officialdom!

Thanks again everyone.

'Armagh ace Rian O'Neill has taken another step towards fulfilling the widely-held prediction that he is destined to become one of the province's leading players by being named the latest winner of the Quinn Building Products Ulster GAA Writers Association monthly merit award.'

'O'Neill is a nephew of Armagh great Oisin McConville and admits he has a lot to do to follow in his footsteps. "Oisin would be slagging me from time to time. If I scored three points in a match, he would be asking was I only on for one half," smiles O'Neill.'

Let's hope he delivers against Monaghan. Wouldn't doubt for a second that he will. I just hope other Armagh players step up to the mark with him. A major issue this year in all 3 games is that we have had only 2-3 players performing per game. Arguably 4 or 5 the last day. Certainly Jamie, Soupy and Rian.

If that can become 9 or 10 it would obviously make a world of difference.

That’s one hell of a journey to get to Armagh training!

Harrison seems to manager alright when it comes to playing with Down...... maybe I am old and sceptical but I suspect it will be a wad of notes for 3 or 4 championship appearances in Sept/Oct then it'll be onto a new chapter elsewhere

He can do as he pleases....at this minute and time he is still registered with Cross. The transfer may be in the offing but it hasn't happened yet. A strong tree grows from deep roots....
