McManus will take Morgan to the cleaners

I'm not exactly sure what this is based on. He has done a good job on McManus before. He struggled on McVeety so that's maybe why you've made the comment you did. Certainly an important match up but Morgan is unquestionably the man capable of keeping McManus quiet. McManus may get the better of him but I hope not. If you were critical of Morgan post Saturday after a poor performance I would understand but having the man beat before he starts is unfair.

lets hope not

Undoubtedly needed at CHB. In the second game against Cavan that area was a massive problem for us. He martials that area of the defence behind midfield well (similarly to K. McKernan yet not a sweeper role). Past his best but a must be 6. We will not be as open through the middle with Donaghy on the field. It really is that simple.

I really wish the lads well on Sunday. It really is a 50/50 game in my opinion. To beat Monaghan on their own patch would give us so much belief and should we do it the super 8s are definitely possible.

Come on Armagh.

You need Hall playing for his workrate in the side.. Has he had a better year than Nugent in my opinion yes. Grugan is a player who makes things tick in the side i find it hard to leave him out with his ability he is a match winner and we need them on the pitch

Welcome aboard Jimmy Mac, however Grugan hasn't made things tick in a long time and was rightly benched last day. Got a decent point when introduced but still slows play up too much for me. Hes there to play a killer pass but does it once in a blue moon. Seems unwilling to run at a man in a one on one also which is something Hall Campbell Clarke Oneill Nugent all will do... with them 5 and Grimley that would be my starting 6 forwards, crealey to play midfield with JOB

Thanks for the welcoming message. A open game like the last day would have been perfect for Grugan we decided to open the game up and leave the best passer in the team out which i thought was strange. I have no problem with Nugent playing instead of Grugan if Monaghan play the blanket defence but if the game is open i would play Grugan he has struggled against Fermanagh and Down in the past because there is no space.

Cant believe people would question Brendan Donaghy if he would have been playing last day against Cavan they wouldn't have scored 23 points.

Clown. Man has give his all for the county over 13 years and is still a key player who shores up so much at the back. Badly missed second day out against Cavan
Not disputing he has given his all for 13 years. The man is finished and was out of his depth first day out against Cavan. IMO. The only unfortunate thing is that we cant seem to find a good CHB to replace him. The management were the problem the 2nd day out against Cavan. It was disorganized chaos.

So you admit we have no replacement for him and he is still the best we have in that position, yet you hope he doesn't play on Saturday?

You want to start a man who hasn’t kicked a ball for us all season?

If fully fit - yes I'd definitely start him @niall1980. Much lesser risk than, for example, the last day out starting Burns with little or no football on Cavan's danger man McVeety.

The bigger the occasion the better Oisin plays. Grimley to slot in at 11 and O'Neill and Burns in the middle would be very strong (that's us at our strongest in those three positions in my opinion).

If not fully fit I obviously wouldn't start him but if he is I would. I think he will feature at least off the bench. It's a game crying out for a physical presence and O'Neill has that in abundance.

If he was fully fit and didn't start we would be weaker in that area of the field.

A 75% Oisin would be better than nothing IMO. Have a far better chance with him playing. Seen him warming up the last day and seemed to be chomping at the bit to get on.
