Wasn’t at it but will take a win in a bad game all day long
Exciting watching it online Niall (no idea what happened the stream at the start though - just kept trying and it appeared. Wonderful how not panicking and ranting on faceacnecomicbook left me unstressed and able to watch and enjoy). The craic them commentary bais were having was mighty. Poor Damian guy near needed a new heart at the end. If you've never watched, you've no idea what you're missing. Mind you, a love it or "meh" kind of approach. Can't wait now for these two tomorrow.

On the game tonight itself, some very strange refereeing decisions and one that looked a clear cut mistake by the linesman ended up with a ball in the net. Mind you, you gotta wake up when the decision is made. No amount of shouting will change the refs mind. Square ball for first Clann Eireann goal chance seemed fair enough, but the point call?? Ok hard to tell from the camera angle, but looked good to everyone else. Also the one at the other end which was given and then changed, again looked good. Didn't change the result, but the bad line call did or certainly "may" have.

All in, a really entertaining game and looked well attended. Great atmosphere in the background too so fair play to all involved, playing, watching in the ground and to those bringing the games to supporters at tough times. Now enough of this serious shite. I'm back to normal after a good sleep!!

I had a fairly good view of point that was then ' not a point' and I would be fairly sure it was wide. Not the greatest game but exciting and tense to the end.

Got the chance to see most of the match and I thought it was thoroughly entertaining. Tough and tight throughout and fortunes ebbed and flowed. Great atmosphere as well from a big and partisan crowd. Clann Eireann played really well and I thought Granemore maybe took them for granted a wee bit, given their recent good run of form. When Kieran Toner was sent off and Clann Eireann stretched their lead, I thought the game was up for Granemore, but to be fair they kept plugging away, got the all important goal (from Ryan Rafferty I think) and with Henderson sent off, they looked in the box seat to win it. However Clann Eireann responded magnificently and were deserving winners.

Just on the point that was given and then chalked off, I know a few who were in direct line and said it was definitely wide, so fair play to Olly Hearty for intervening and putting the record straight. To be fair to the umpire, he was facing into a low and blinding sun, so a mistake can happen.
