I think you nailed that one Niall. Lad said in interview he just felt he'd nothing too lose and went for it, or words similar meaning he simply backed himself. I agree. I'd love to see more of it rather than this safe shite we're served up with cross field "hold ball!"Or maybe he knew what he was at and backed himself. Would like to see more of it
You forgot:You’re forgetting about...
Tyrone player dives to win a free.
Tyrone player steals 20 yards infield from where “foul” happened.
Ball goes wide, but given as a point.
Tyrone player runs into Armagh player as he wipes sweat off his brow. Tyrone player falls over. Armagh man gets a red card.
Francie gets yellow card while sitting in the stand.
Referee blows up early as Tyrone are leading.
Francie gets second yellow as he’s sat eating Rice Krispies for supper, back home in Cross.
Ah the good old days!!Even after all these years?!?!!! Surely you know the old saying "There are 3 certainties in life, death, taxes & Them Uns players going down like they've been tasered every time they're touched"
Red card - fecking Mass card more like it!!You forgot:
Geezer gets sent to the stand for scaring the bejaysus outta the linesman while sitting at home watching the telebox coverage
McGrane gets sent off for being a gentleman
Oisin (McConville) gets a black card for scoring and sticking a finger in the air
Oisin gets a yellow card and then red card for a second offence of enjoying watching a point being scored by Rian O'Neill. He shouldn't have even been on commentary.
@bcb1 gets a red (again) just because!! (we all know them Cross' boyos are temperamental after getting married)
@Ouch It’s Francie gets a red for living "there"
Too many more to be honest. We're just picked on!!!!!!
and all this for only the McKenna CupYou forgot:

Ah come here…what’s this ‘again’ business? As this is an ‘anonymous’ forum I fully deny ever ever ever having received a red card (well in the last 12 months anyway…)You forgot:

are oneill and murnin going to be fit?Rafferty
Morgan McKay Forker
Mackin McCambridge McCabe
Crealey McPartlan
Campbell Grugan Kelly
Turbitt O'Neill Murnin
Subs
Nugent
Duffy
McQuillan
Hall
Grimley
Sheridan
Well if they are I would suspect that it would be Duffy and Kelly that would be displaced.are oneill and murnin going to be fit?
Jarly Og has to start. He should be fine now after his short bug / under the weather.are oneill and murnin going to be fit?
He surely will if 100% fitI would have Nugent starting
He wasn't too hot in his cameos against Tyrone and Antrim. Albeit limited game time post injury hasn't helped.I would have Nugent starting
Agreed. He is a highly intelligent player and him missing and our lack of goals in my view isn't a total coincidence. If fit enough would like to see him start as it can be harder to get into a game when you come on. If able he can get a good 40 or 50 mins that would stand to him in terms of recovery. He wasn't too hot in his cameos against Tyrone and Antrim. Albeit limited game time post injury hasn't helped.
Yeah definitely agree with this. Sort of player that would take his man on as well and go for goal or create that space for someone else which as we saw on Sunday is vital.Agreed. I’ve given trying to follow it all now lol so much can happen and you can be sure of a shock or 2 on the way. Not sure what to think about the groups given 3 teams go through anyway and you’re likely to be in a group with a no hoper. Although you definitely want to top the group to avoid a preliminary qf.Have I it right that Armagh cannot now be in Pot 3 given that this is for higher seeded league teams? Derry, Monaghan, Galway and Roscommon all are seeded higher than us. With Tyrone and Mayo in the pot already the two other places will go to the two losers from the above teams. So the “no shit Sherlock” preference has to be win Ulster re the AI series. I think there’s some confusion around whether the Ulster winners, draw the Leinster runners up from pot 2.
