Management lost us this game. They have to go.
I don't agree.

It is a purely psychological thing that is going on. McGeeney even has a sports psychologist in and they don't seem to have fixed the problem. There were some bad decisions when we were 4 up...I thought when Conaty hoofed the ball and missed (bad decision) we were going to fall like dominos at that point at least that is the point where I went "oh no". I felt at this point we didn't have to make risky decisions and only had to wait for the opportunities with no pressure.

The game management at the end of the second period of ET was terrible. We should have ran the clock down or waited patiently with the ball and let the 4 minutes go.

Also very disappointed with Rian... He won us the game against Down and I said if we win Ulster it will be him turning up massively. He had a few moments then went absolutely quiet.

That ‘sports psychologist’ is there 10 years. If he hasn’t fixed the problem by now, there’s no hope…..

IMO a management team inflicts psychological belief in players. Donegal are completely revitalized under McGuinness. They were shocking last season. Game management in the melting pot has been a recurring trend.

Armagh need a new direction to get an extra kick out of this crop of players.

That one hurt more than the rest. Really felt like this was going to be the day.

We can sit and argue all night about where it went wrong and who is to blame.

But sun still shining so go and try to enjoy rest of evening.

Plenty of time to reflect tomorrow

4 up pressing kick outs and we stopped....2 marks kickable in the hands of forwards near the end and we kicked backwards! Brains were missing .

Subs were baffling. Hall playing left back while mccambridge and mackin sat on bench

We also should keep our playing to the crowd antic's until we actually win something, 3 or 4 times during the game different players fist pumped to the crowd when we scored, we did the same when we scored a penalty, not once did a Donegal player do the same (I'd say Jimmy wouldn't be a fan of it), they simply turned around and went about their business

Not too serious

Hall on at that point wasn’t a bad choice. He ran Mogan back towards his own goal and Mogan looked out of gas. Not sure the other options would have had the speed for him.

Penalties should go on down the players instead of the same 5. Some excellent kicks by both sides to be fair.

Early on sat too deep and Donegal kicked from further out exactly like they did in the league final.

Lack of composure badly exposed down the stretch. The “sports psychologist” isn’t a psychologist at all. Not sure how involved he is with the players but them things aren’t for everyone.

Really reminds me of the two Brian’s tenure. Armagh really competitive against the top teams but just a little bit short.

Westmeath is a huge game now, how they pick up after that will be a worry for the management team.
