CE didn’t know what to do against the blanket defense, which they would never see in Armagh. We’ve seen Cross struggle the same way as well in past years. Unless defenses change I think we’re going to see Armagh clubs struggle in Ulster

They probably only played like that cause they played with 14 men

Clann Eireann will be disappointed. Didn’t get anywhere near their potential. But a good learning experience should they get back on this stage in the next few years.

Need to box smarter at this time of year. Too much wild shooting and panicked carries into traffic. And crucially, they didn’t do enough to cover a weakness under the high ball at the back. It’s usually the most streetwise team that comes out on top in winter football.

They played like that all game. To be fair to them they defended well and broke up the pitch well. Took their chances too albeit with an element of luck.
On a different day CE get the breaks and are looking forward to the final

It reminded me of the Armagh Vs Monaghan championship the year so it did

Same.

Although I did think CE were going to pull off the comeback but they weren't able to string multiple scores together. Everytime CE scored they made sure they wouldnt get any closer.

CE are building towards something, and whilst they have a classy team theres room for improvement. I think CE mirror the same limitations as Armagh and I do remember someone on here posting the ability to defend in club football in Armagh doesn't exist.

Kilcoo the best team to ever grace ulster? Will walk all ireland. Cross team of 2000s wouldn’t touch them. Branagan outstanding.

As efficient as Kilcoo are, I just don’t think they have a real natural forward, that will keep kicking points even when he or the team aren’t playing well.

Their scores come from a lot of hard work and intricate passing. But they don’t really have the long ball game that Cross was very effective at, and was hard to stop. You need to be able to mix it up, play different styles. I just can’t see Kilcoo doing enough on the score board to win an AI
