Snigger smile smile. Who says Friday 13th is unlucky. St. Dom and St. Mick in one day. Maybe there is a god after all.......................nah that's a step too far! Hopefully now them'uns can get back to playing football and actually be something to admire. Just as long as they keep losing it'll do

I'm sorry but did you really just use the word "admire" in a sentence referring to Them Uns?!?!:mad: WASH YOUR MOUTH OUT & say 10 decades of the rosary for your penance. SHAME ON YOU.

Wow. Was sort of expecting Mickey Harte to go but sounds like he was forced out. 17 odd years in charge, 3 All Ireland and 4 finals. I would say there is going to be some bad blood there.

Would love to see Ricey get the job ;)

There was bad blood 3 years ago when he was given his extension

I know it has been on going but never realised how bad. I always thought he would go when he wants to. Tyrone are at serious risk of becoming irrelevant. Part of me is curious about what he could do with the Armagh team.

More chance of neil Lennon getting the tyrone job than McMenimen.

Fergal Logan a shoe in. A shite county midfielder and he'll also be a shite county manager.

You have to laugh at rte reporting - tyrone have ultra talented forwards like Mattie Donnelly (not), cathal mcshane (not), cormac McKenna (granted), daragh canavan (perhaps), darren mccurry (in McKenna cup) and mark bradley (in their dreams).

It will be a long way back for Tyrone

Apparently he met with the squad 3/4 years ago after they exited the championship, even though his contract had expired at that stage. Laying down his plans for the next yea even though he hadn’t been confirmed as manager. It was to get the players on board and get behind him for a new deal.

The 3 year deal that just expired had to go to County Board last time for confirmation so Maybe that was to happen again this time.

Harte can be a tricky character to deal with. Read his book a few years ago, and he can be a thick man when he wants to be.

Any word on Riain? How do we think they heavy conditions will affect our performance? Donegal proved against Tyrone that they can deal ok with it.

Today is a real opportunity to reach a 12 year famine without an Ulster Final appearance, a potential breakthrough moment like our Ulster Semi-Final success in 1999 when we beat a string Derry side by the narrowest of margins. That win was part of a process and proved a catalyst for that team and today can be the same medicine for the current Orchard harvest.

We'd need a Jarlath Burns to achieve such a thing
