And any word on spectators?Hearing rumours fans will be allowed at games this weekend

A longing for the 'good old days'?I can't understand the GAA stance on not opening changing rooms.
The weather is changeable at present and how are players of all codes supposed to change their Jersey etc in the car park?
So we can sit in a pub for nearly 2hrs but not a changing room for 15mins?
Yes. Why not. The odds on being involved in a road accident on the way to the match are multiple times higher than catching the black death. Time people caught themselves on.Anyone going to take the chance and go to the games tonight?

Unsurprisingly all our friendly politicians have been exceptionally quiet this week in publicly supporting the push for spectators at games this weekend.
We can put 50 people inside churches, we can go to pubs, shopping centres etc but we can't stand outside and watch sport.
The irony of 30 players inside a pitch playing contact sport whilst no one is allowed to pay in and watch at a distance isn't lost on me
I certainly hope that if any clubs allow spectators in that they don't charge
Agreed. I thought there was gonna be an announcement today. Hopefully there will be one for next weekNo. Stick to the rules.
Probably gave them garda suits to watch the game just. There will be people at all the games, impossible to police it.Heard that wexford had garda and security in for the championship hurling on Friday to keep numbers down
What if looking at the same 4 walls all day everyday is sending you cuckoo?Jaysus folks, stay at home. Plenty of games on Armagh TV, TG4 and RTÉ.
Do the right thing. This virus ain’t finished by a long shot.

I don't think there's much can be done. If I remember right, the directive statement from Croke Park was that "no club would be penalised for not participating". Now I know that was aimed at clubs not fielding at all, but surely you can't punish a team for following social distancing rules if a player tests positive, when another team doesn't get punished for not fielding at all! Mind you it could create bad feelings if that team didn't fulfil all fixtures when everyone else did and it maybe hurt the team/s they didn't field against. A damn tricky one, especially as there's not much time for refixtures. What happens if a player tests positive in Armagh? See Eglish in Tyrone have a player tested positive. There’s no relegation in Tyrone so no issue for them missing games if they have to suspend games
Ah so that's what's behind the avatar!!What if looking at the same 4 walls all day everyday is sending you cuckoo?
