Thank you. As for the App we're working on it, but it's expensive. This is all self funded, by the few of us that set it up. We will at some point be introducing ads on the site to help pay for things so we can keep it free and not seek sponsorship. It may be a tad irritating to some, but it's the only way we can see to do this.
Thank you. That's our intention. We'll step in and ask for cool heads if it gets heated, but banning will be a last resort after a chilled private conversation and moderating will be done only if absolutely necessary. It's gonna be all about enjoying debate the way it should be. Like being at a game, you can argue with the person beside you, but when it's over it's done. No huffing or holding grudges like spoilt kids. Debate is what a healthy forum should be about. Abuse is where the line is drawn. We hope this is fair and agreeable with everyone and we're delighted so many have joined us already. We honestly thought it would take a few weeks to get going.

Ah he wasn't a bad fella, he was stuck between a rock an a hard place. He could of given us a heads up butt or even released a short statement saying why the other page was closed down but to just pull the plug without a word was a bit shity.Don't you mean "police" us?

In fairness to bainisteoir he was probably coming under a lot pressure to keep the old forum under control with the threat of closure always looming and indeed out of his hands. In his eagerness to keep the forum alive he often acted very hastily, be it in his responses before fact checking/ towing the official line or be it in banning members because they had opinions that were not popular with certain elements within the county but at all times I would say he was doing whatever he was doing for the right reasons.Don't you mean "police" us?
