The winner of the St Michaels Newton v Thomas Davis game will be really up against it in the semis.

Why?

There is no senior championship this weekend and all JFC and IFC games were complete on Sunday evening
At a guess they're all volunteers who may have work and family to consider
Plus there's a bit of a pandemic on at the moment
Never ceases to amaze how people get so caught up in fixtures
The game is played on grass with a few white lines and goalposts
If all you've got to worry about is a game then your lucky

All spectators banned from all sports in the south but still okay to go to the pubs and restaurants o_O

Yeah, it’s mad in a way, but as we’ve seen, people can’t be trusted to do the right thing no matter where they are.

Also, governments clearly contradict themselves on the pub openings. The revenue they get from pubs is clearly the reason they reopened, when it clearly cannot be done safely.

Let's see the evidence linking attending GAA games against cases
But don't worry 50 people at a wedding is OK.
Sit at your seat in restaurants for 90 min breathing circulated air is OK
Utter horseshit this
Open the f#vkin hospitals and treat the thousands of cancer patients who haven't been diagnosed yet never mind the thousands that are

Yup that’s mad.

As for GAA games, I don’t know the figures. But any highlights I’ve seen, there’s a lot of fans who aren’t using proper distance advice. And this is one place where you will get a lot of roaring and shouting. So I’d say more than 2 metres is recommended.
