Yup that’s mad.

As for GAA games, I don’t know the figures. But any highlights I’ve seen, there’s a lot of fans who aren’t using proper distance advice. And this is one place where you will get a lot of roaring and shouting. So I’d say more than 2 metres is recommended.
Where is the evidence linking spectators at outdoor events to covid cases?

Like I say, I don’t have those figures. The NHS don’t either. But it’s not impossible to contract the virus at an outdoor event.

I’d say a lot of people who contracted the virus don’t actually know where they got it from. And that would include people who have been really careful and minimised their movements.

So the GAA have made a statement, no more than 40 per team including backroom team etc. Groups of 15 at training. Does this include the north?

Technically no, but we have done the sheep thing all along so expect the changes soon.

Welcome back to behind closed doors games.

Does this mean that Armagh tv will no longer be able to be at games, because there always seems to be quite a few of them and surely that would upset numbers. Even thinking 2 or 3 they have to do commentary, camera and scores, that's 5 minimum I'd say.

What about stewards. They have to be there to keep people "out" in these scenarios. It's all a big damn mess if we go back down that route! I say stay at home if you're not comfortable (I'm doing that for games just because I don't want to deny anyone from a club getting a ticket and armagh tv coverage has been great and super value) or fearful. Let everyone else get on with it.
