Getting cleaned out in mf with hughes' goal kicks...why does Hughes keep kicking them?!

This tactic ultimately cost us

Tyrone Monaghan finished level.

Am I right in saying we are into the playoffs because we are 1 point worse off than Tyrone? One friggin’ score???

Blanket defence from Armagh two weeks in a row and haemoraging scores two weeks in a row against what ultimately were two understrength oppositions. Armagh cannot defend. They havent been able to defend for over a decade. Its not good enough. Teams cut through us at will. Also we badly need a new goalkeeper.

The small margins make all the difference :(

It wasn't Turbitt's fault.

It was the constant kicking the ball into the middle of the field when we were getting cleaned out. Donegal kept winning possession and running up the field and scoring.

a ball directly into a Donegal player who hadn't a single Armagh player around him and we conceded a point. We finally get close to winning and shitty kick outs - or tactics from the line cost us when we should have been holding on to possession when tired.

Positives to take but lots of lessons. They really punished our mistakes and Paddy had a field day. They were very dominant in 2nd half - K McG will be happy not to have lost.
Sets us up for a champ style division 1 knockout which will be a good test for this team.

That was not what I meant nor the point I was making, I certainly wasn't apportioning blame.

We were also understrength, Donegal played exactly the same blanket defence that we did & haemorrhaged the exact same score we did, so presumably they were also not able to defend.
We have issues that have existed for a while but surely even you can see some positives from tonight's performance given the injuries we suffered last week & the hammering we got from Donegal last November.
