Watched the game on iplayer last night.
Cameras captured clear discord on the bench-see approx 38mins 28secs of recording.
Joe McElroy asks Jarly Og to share his bag of sweets. Might have been Starburst, called Opel Fruits in the auld days. Joe might have taken an orange one. Jarly Og didn't look happy.
We'll see how this pans out
Sounds serious.

I hope his Marathon bar was still in his kit bag when he went back inside.

Noticed this myself, extremely worrying, serious rift in the camp by the looks of things, but have no fear no doubt Damien from Cross will know the full ins & outs of the situation & there will be a voice note doing the rounds by tea time today giving us a detailed explanation.

Looks like Mayo's game plan has been found out - Roscommon out playing Mayo and making it tough for Mayo to break at pace.

However on a side note - the game shows the fallacy of the split season. Mayo very little rest from the league whereas Roscommon have had a few weeks to prepare.

Surely since Jarly Og has the flu surely they were the lockets , cost a fair penny these days I hear , no wonder he didn’t look happy .

There needs to be a rule change that if you go down with a head injury, real or not, and the earliest you can get back on is the next break in play. Roscommon have this down to a fine art and I'd say their medics know the signs of when a player is about to do this as it seems they're on the field as the player hits the ground.

Mayo looked tired - now they've four weeks or so to regroup, train and prepare for the AI series. Definite advantage along with Kerry and Dublin who have easier routes

They have been desperate for that carry on during this game and against us. Commentator was right untill gaa bring rule in that means player with head injury has to go off for 10 mins for checks it won't stop. Also I'd say if they have 2 head injuries in one game they must be subbed off, mayo might work out better now they have lost imo they now have 6 weeks off and have been flat out until now so break might do them good, and Clare result means Meath are more than likely gone unless they make a Leinster final and if they do Kildare is gone and that means if Cavan beat us and get to a final cork are gone too,

And there's a particular medic on that Roscommon team that needs a deadener!!

The cynicism in modern football is absolutely frustrating, and is clearly orchestrated, involving everyone in the squad and backroom teams.

GAA folk would pride ourselves on the honesty and sportsmanship of our games, while bemoaning the diving, cynicism and cheating in soccer. But Gaelic football nowadays is just as bad.

Haven't fully got my head round this so do the 2 promoted teams get higher seeding than 5th and 6th? If not, does that add to Cavans incentive to get to the ulster final making our game tougher? Also means promotion next year is vital to avoid this type of scenario.

We all know there’s a row with the Cross lads….there’s always been a row with Cross lads….FFS we are Cross lads….of course we’d be cross….
Especially those from the Cullyhanna side of the town, those on the other side are quiet fellows in general.

Yesterday was lacking in atmosphere, Antrim brought fewer fans than Galway did in the league. There will be only one more county game in Athletic Grounds this year, in the round robin. That should be warmer weather and that might be a cracker depending on the opposition.

Yes next year promotion is vital, seeds are, provincial winners are seed 1, runners up seed 2 then it goes by league position, so if we don't make Ulster final we would be 4th seeds, mayo are now gonna be 3rd seeds

So, correct me if I am wrong, at the minute Cavan as 15th seeds based on the league are out as there will be at least 2 teams from outside the top 2 divisions in provincial finals (Munster and Connaught) plus posibly a 3rd team if Westmeath as Tailteann cup winners don't make the final.

That being the case Cavan have it all to play for in Ulster. More spice to the game then if it were needed.
