TeamTeam or county?
Id say we could be looking at no fans in at all and backroom teams socially distant and limited in stands. Glad its going ahead though. Will make the dark nights easier to bear with a few games to look forward toShould give priority to people who bought a season ticket for the small number allowed
I see we now have confirmation of the last 2 league fixture. 17/10/2020 @ 5.30pm v Roscommon in the AG, and then 24/10/2020 @ 2pm v Clare in Ennis. Game v roscommon is on RTE live.
Would have much preferred the Clare game to be on TV but realistically by the time these matches roll round they may all be behind closed doors if they get played at all.
I wonder if RTE will be blocked in the North
Surely can't expect the Roscommon game to ahead
Well if they isolate two weeks including today they will be ok to play two weeks tomorrow. So it could go ahead. Would not be ideal thoughSurely can't expect the Roscommon game to ahead
I note some bollix on twitter saying pull everything nowWell if they isolate two weeks including today they will be ok to play two weeks tomorrow. So it could go ahead. Would not be ideal though
We have to live with it now and perhaps rather than look at case numbers we should be looking at hospital and icu admissions figures
People following can get it. If someone has it but doesn’t know, they aren’t showing any symptoms they will be going on with their lives and potentially affecting othersOr perhaps we should look at the amount of people who clearly aren’t following Covid guidelines?
The call has been made. Collective training has ceased. Everyone that's been in close contact will have to be tested. If negative they'll isolate for 14 days and be retested. That's the procedure which, I'm sure team management are well aware of at this stage. Hopefully everyone does ok and moves on. I know that no-one from the Lurgan outbreak have any lasting issues nor major symptoms, so let's hope that trend continues. If Forkhill players trained then it's likely spread to others in squad. The 3 of them could have spread to many not saying they had it of course as that's their own private business. Just hope we look after the players and families and don't take stupid risks. The GAA need to make the call.
