Did anyone else hear Kieran donaghy has parted way from the Armagh management??
Yes

Disclaimer: I was also told by the same person that Mayo were certs for an AI title and that wicklow were playing in the Hurling final this Sunday. Mind you they did say that Crossmaglen were likely to win the senior club title so there's a few swings in there.

If this is the case, is there anyone within armagh that would be in with a change of replacing him?

If not, who would people like to see?

Personally id like to see a malachy o rourke if and outsider or a finn moriarty if an armagh man.

Young manager that has won county championships and is making strides in down with carryduff.

Why would the likes of Malachy O’Rourke take an assistants position under McGeeney?

I doubt they’d see eye to eye even it they were paired up.

Haven't heard anything about donaghy, but would understand as it's some traveling, sad to see him go if it's the case because I feel he was a big part of how we improved, there is zero chance of malachy O'Rourke coming in as a number 2, he is also a very defensive manager imo anyways, if we where to change I'd love if we gave the likes of donaghy or someone like that a chance

Which manager,(s) play offensive only?
Every single team plays defensive - 13-14 players behind the ball. Kerry v Derry the most hyped up player ever in David Clifford was back behind his own 14.

The ball is hard won, why give it away.
No matter who is managing Armagh next year the style will not change.
It will be defensive (make it hard for opposition to score)
Keep the ball until an opportunity arises
Quick breaks
Take advantage of the ludicrous mark for a free
These four points apply to EVERY team

Rule changes will be required but they will not make them as they will not differentiate between club and county games (except Hawkeye)

Every team has always played defence but some managers certainly deploy more conservative/ extreme defensive systems than other.

Honestly think this point is ridiculous. Can you not differentiate the styles between Monaghan and Dublin as 2 different approaches?

I think Mickey Graham would be a good no.2 if McG stays on. Shrewd on the line, proven success to back it up. We need that in this set-up as opposed to just great motivators and speakers.

14-15 behind the ball
Move the ball laterally
Keep the ball

Tell me a team that doesn't do this

History tells us in 2014 we were 1 up with 5 mins to go in a QF against Donegal and unfortunately lost by a point. Where we a bad team, had we terrible players?
